Wound Therapy Specialised Forum

Correct treatment of wounds as well as the prevention of chronic wounds are only two aspects of this subject area that are becoming increasingly important.

Not least due to the current demographic development, more and more people will be in need of care and it is predominantly this population group that is in danger of developing chronic wounds.

Lectures and events addressing essentials of wound prevention, such as correct seating and positioning in conjunction with supportive devices, are aimed to reach a broad audience. Our target group are mainly the nursing personnel in healthcare institutions, resident medical doctors, patients and of course all those interested in this field.

Further presentations will deal with specific aspects of wound care and particularly also with the newest therapeutic concepts of treatment.
