Modern Endodontics
Developement in the field of endodontics is subjected to continuous change. New materials and techniques often pose a challenge to the practising dentist regarding adaptation of procedures.
The aim of this course, guided by DDr.Peter Velvart, is to teach practical, scientifically proven concepts. The topics will be discussed systematically. Various exercises are designed to help participants apply theoretical knowledge into practice. The course includes diagnosis and principles of treatment of vital and devitalized teeth, preparation of root canals (using manual instruments and mechanical devices, irrigants and desinfectants, medicamentous inlays , root-fillings, practical exercises using tooth models and extracted teeth).
The course is accredited with 10 points (Advanced training diploma) by the Austrian Medical Association and Austrian Association of Dentistry.
